On February 5, 2020, Harbert Discovery Fund, LP and Harbert Discovery Co-Investment Fund I, LP (collectively “HDF”) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York against Enzo Biochem, Inc. A copy of the complaint is attached as Exhibit 1.
