Note 3 - Supplemental disclosure for statement of cash flows In the years ended July 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011 income taxes paid by the Company approximated $46, $70, and $107 respectively. In the years ended July 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011, interest paid by the Company approximated $69, $5, and $5 respectively. During fiscal 2013 and 2012, the Company financed $365 and $182, respectively, in machinery and transportation equipment under installment loans. During fiscal 2013, the Company entered into a capital lease for machinery and equipment with a cost basis of $765. |
